Accessibility

Last reviewed 2 July 2026 ยท Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

SoftwareConvene โ€” including ClassConvene, TeamConvene, FundCatalyst, and the tools within them โ€” is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Our staff-facing pages have been reviewed against WCAG 2.1 A and AA โ€” both by hand and with the axe automated testing engine โ€” in light and dark mode, and pass with no known violations. This is an ongoing commitment: we re-check as we ship new features.

What's built in

Your device's tools work too

Because the site is built on clean, standard markup, the accessibility tools you already use work here as intended โ€” browser zoom, your operating system's high-contrast and text-size settings, and screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, or TalkBack. We intentionally do not use a third-party "accessibility overlay" widget, which can interfere with those tools.

Known limitations

We're candid about where work remains:

We're actively working to reduce these gaps.

Found a barrier? Tell us

If you hit something you can't use, we want to fix it โ€” and your report helps us prioritise.

Please include the page you were on and what happened. We aim to respond promptly and will work with you on an accessible alternative in the meantime.
